Clinique All About Eyes Review

At some point in every girl’s life, she decides that it’s not okay to tell the world how old she is anymore. Unfortunately, the skin around our eyes doesn’t agree. If you are trying to keep your age a secret and make yourself look younger, then you absolutely have to take care of those crow’s feet and puffy spots before they tell on you. Getting an eye cream that does the trick is the most important thing you can do.

I had heard a lot about Clinique All About Eyes, and had ignored it for a while. When I finally decided to give it a shot, I was disappointed.

I didn’t experience any real improvement in the appearance of wrinkle’s, dark spots, puffiness, or bags around my eyes. I spent a good amount of time applying it every day and was really hoping that it would work. But it never showed me any major results that I could be sure were from the cream. The dark spots seemed to go away a bit, but that was about it.

Product Description

Using it morning and night is recommended for optimal results, both under eyes and on eyelids. It is described as “a lightweight cream, diminishing the appearance of puffiness, dark circles and wrinkles.” It is fairly inexpensive, at only $29 per bottle.

Active Ingredients

Mulberry root extract, Cyclomethicone, Dimethicone, Whey Protein, and Grape extract are the active ingredients on this cream.

What I Like About This Eye Cream

It had a cute bottle and the color was pretty.

What I Don’t Like About This Eye Cream

The cream didn’t really work. It is supposed to be fragrance free, but it actually smelled awful. I didn’t like using it one bit and actually dreaded putting it on each and every day. But since I was dedicated to giving each cream a fair shot at restoring my youth, I stuck with it.

The torture was for nothing. After finishing the whole jar, I found myself with no major improvement in the appearance of my skin. I still had dark spots, puffy bags, and wrinkles galore. If there was anything that this did for me, it was teach me that there is a reason this product is so cheap.

Overall Conclusion

This product doesn’t work well at all. When it was applied, it did make me look a little better. But I wasn’t just after a cosmetic product. I want something that really gets down into the skin to improve the quality, texture, and moisture level.

If you are looking for a product that will actually work as well as you want it to, then you should avoid this product. If you can’t afford anything else at all, then you should probably still avoid it. I have never recommended it to anyone.
